General requirements
- Passport valid for at least 7 months, with two blank facing pages. It must be in excellent condition: no crossed-out text, corrections, unofficial stamps or alterations.
- Digital photo, passport size, in color with a white background: face uncovered and looking straight ahead, ears visible, no accessories, no white clothing, no glasses and no cap.
- Application form (we help you fill it out).
Business visa (single or double entry)
You need an invitation letter issued by the inviting company in China, stamped and signed with the name in original characters. It must include:
- Inviting company details: name, address and phone number.
- Your details: name, sex, date of birth and passport number.
- Visit details: the specific purpose of the trip (“business” alone is not enough; for example: price negotiation, market review, workshop or training), arrival and departure dates, places you will visit, your relationship with the company, who covers the expenses and length of stay.
- Company documents: copy (both sides) of the ID of the person signing the letter and copy of the company’s business license in China.
Business visa (multiple entries)
In addition to the requirements above, you must submit copies of your last 5 approved Chinese business visas.
Additional information
Foreign nationals residing in Mexico
- Copy of your Mexican resident card.
- Citizens of the United States, Israel or any other country granted a visa valid for more than one year: bank statements for the last 3 months with enough funds to cover USD 100 per day of stay.
If you traveled to Turkey in the last 12 months
You must submit a signed letter addressed to the Consulate of China in Mexico explaining the purpose and dates of that trip.
